- Returning Users: Conduct year 11 evaluations on your dogs. If you don't recall your user ID, we can send it to you.

New Users: You
will first be prompted to enter a few details about yourself, followed
by those of your first rescue dog. You can then complete the surveys
for your dog, or add another dog to survey. Login details will
be provided to you so that you can return to the surveys or add additional
dogs at any time.
